2. For what purposes do we process your data?

THURLÄNDER SALATE UND FEINKOST GMBH will process your information for the fundamental purpose of carrying out the execution of the mission at hand. The various ways in which we process your information are detailed below:

a) responding to any requests or consultations that you may make as a user of the website or through any of the channels of communication made available.

b) with regard to Candidate data in the Work with Us section, this will be processed for the purpose of covering any personnel needs that we may have and to request you in case we have any vacancy so that we may initiate the selection process and incorporate you into our staff.

We will not retain any CVs that may be sent by mail or any means of web-based contact. Make sure to send them through the email address specified in the “Work with Us” section on our website.

LinkedIn: Personal data processed on the platform will be processed for the same purposes as indicated above.

3. How long do we retain your data?

In general, personal data provided will be retained for a period of 12 months.

4. Why can we process your data?

First: because your data is needed to develop the relationship established with THURLÄNDER SALATE UND FEINKOST GMBH. Whether your intention is merely to make a consultation, request information, or even to develop a contract, we need to process personal information so that we may develop our activities.

Second: with regard to CV data, we process it because you consent to its issuance for such purposes. This issuance authorises us to process it for specific purposes.
